Stage 2 entries (also known as late entries) will not be available for every event. If an event is utilising a stage 2 entry window, this will be listed on the specific event page on the BUCS website: Click Here.
If an event is using a stage 2 entry window, how do you as the Institution Administrator accept these entries?
Once Stage 2 approval is opened:
- Go to the Dashboard.
- Click on the Events tab.
- Find the event via the alerts list or the search box.
- Click on the event and select Manage entries.
- Stage 2 entries will have a higher price so can be distinguished from regular entries.

Stage 2 entries are classed as non guaranteed and therefore are not automatically entered.
