If a venue is used across multiple sports, once a venue is created for a specific Sport Community, it will need to be added to the other Sport Communities that will make use of this venue.
Adding via Dashboard
1. Click on the Dashboard button and navigate to the Institution Management (Mgmt) tab. Filter to your desired Sport Community.
2. Click the down arrow of the applicable Sport Community to expand the ribbon.
3. Click on the word 'VENUES'(#) to create a new venue.
4. To then add the venue to the community for your institution, simply search for and select the venue, then click 'Add A New Venue'.
5. The venue will then become visible as one of the venues for that Sport Community.
This venue can now be assigned to fixtures within that Sport Community following the steps outlined here.
Adding via a Sport Community
1. Enter the Sport Community in which you wish to add a venue.
2. Click on Teams amongst the top menu, and select your team.
3. Next to the Calendar tab, click on the 'Venue' button.
4. To then add the venue to the community for your institution, simply search for and select the venue, then click 'Add A New Venue'.
5. The venue will then become visible as one of the venues for that Sport Community.
This venue can now be assigned to fixtures within that Sport Community following the steps outlined here.
