Further support is being provided via a Support Desk run by BUCS. Members can email bucsplay@bucs.org.uk for support on any issues, queries, or general feedback to help enhance the new platform.
When reporting an issue, it is very helpful to supply as much information as possible and the use of screenshots or screen recordings is highly encouraged (please keep the total file size below 7MB).
