Please direct all your queries to you Institution Administrator (IA) in the first instance. They will be able to forward this query onto the relevant people at BUCS.
If your query relates to a specific event, please check the event lead through the event information on the BUCS website found here and get in touch with them directly.

When reporting an issue, it is very helpful to supply as much information as possible and the use of screenshots or screen recordings is highly encouraged (please keep the total file size below 7MB).
