To track student participation, there are 3 main options (from most accurate to most general):
1. Team Sheets
For each fixture, individual teams will have the option of completing a team sheet. For this to be completed, students will have had to apply for their team, be moved into the team and then be moved into the relevant team sheet for a fixture.
Team Sheets will give a history of who has represented which team in each fixture. This can be checked by navigating to a Team's Calendar and selecting each fixture date. To check a specific players' team sheet and playing history, you should find the individual by going to members and then select History.
2. Team Members
You will be able to track the specific number of individuals in each team by clicking the team and opening up the team hub. From here you will be able to view, the number of people in the Squad and those who have applied for the Team.
3. Members
You will also be able to view the total number of members in the Community by clicking Members underneath the community name. This can be exported and filtered by clicking Export to CSV. This will provide a total number of members in the Community, not all of which will necessarily be in a team or a competing student (e.g. staff member, follower of one of the teams).
Reporting Tab
The Reporting Tab (which can be found on the far right of the centre banner, or by clicking the three dots) can be used to export a number of items.
You will be able to export the number of teams (including team name, number of members and captains details), team members (including date of birth, email and other account details), members.
Fixtures can be exported by going to the Fixtures tab, applying any necessary filters (e.g. team, date), and selecting Export to CSV.
