You can now track statistics such as goals, points, tries, yellow cards, player of the match, and appearances across 20 league and knockout sports.
Captains and Institution Administrators (IAs) will be able to enter player stats after a fixture has taken place below the result entry section on both the BUCS Play mobile app and desktop site.
We'd recommend entering your stats straight after the game along with the result, where possible. Although, stats can be entered after the result has been entered (and approved) when more time is needed.
Appearances will be calculated automatically through team sheet selections.

Player stats for racquet sports
Player stats for racquet sports such as tennis, squash, badminton and table tennis will not be inputted in the same way as other sports, with goals, yellow cards, etc.
The rubbers, sets and games wins will be calculated automatically from the result. Thus, it is important to enter the full result of each individual match within these sports (not just the headline result, e.g. 5-1).
Stats will be tracked for both the singles and doubles matches where relevant.
Viewing player stats
1. Navigate to the relevant Sport Community.
On app, you will find the Sport Communities you've joined in your Favourites section, or go to Search and find the sports community if you haven't joined the community.
On web, find your Sport Community via the home page after logging in.
2. Scroll down to the Stats tab.
3. Click Stats to view all statistics across the sport. Select the relevant stat to view the complete list of the stats leaderboard. You can also filter by Stat Type, Competitions, Team and Team Type if you wish. You can also search for a specific player in the table.
Players stats can also be viewed by going into a particular league or knockout and navigating to the Stats tab to view the statistics within that specific competition.
