Once the result of a fixture has been entered, it must then be approved by the Institution Administrator (IA) of the home team.
The 'Outstanding Result Approval Alert' on the fixtures tab of Dashboard is the quickest way to identify the results that you still need approve, which will display the relevant fixtures once clicked.
To approve a result, click on the 'Details' button of the given fixture. Below are screenshots of how to do this in 'List View' or 'Table View'.
Next, from the Result details screen you would set Approve Result to 'Approve' and click 'Save'.
If the result which has been entered is incorrect, you are able to go back to the fixture, click on 'Result' and edit the score (do not 'Dispute' it; this option will be removed in due course). You would then go back and 'Approve' the corrected result.
Once approved, the result will lock and you will not be able to change the result without submitting a Result Change Request which will require the approval of BUCS (Click Here for further information).
